Summary:

The Second Issue of the Hobgoblin arc follows up on the past five days. It opens with Nick Fury having a conversation with Harry Osborn.

Fury reveals that Harry’s father is being held somewhere, and he isn’t allowed to see him. Norman has turned himself into a monster. During the conversation Harry has flashbacks of the night his mother died, but is soon calmed by some alerting news. Since his father is incapable of handling the family fortune, Harry is officially the richest kid in the world.

Back in New York, Harry meets with a counselor and his new guardian. They discuss matters about the fortune he has just inherited, but Harry is too caught up in flash backs to pay attention.

As the days continue on its revealed Harry has been watching peter since his incident with fantastic four member Johnny storm, he was watching in a car.

Suddenly Harry gets a phone call and the caller demands he meet him downstairs. Harry leaves his guardian to walk downstairs and find his father’s old associate, Mr. Shaw.
