Review - Marvel Legends Deathlok

Thanks to forum member Physalis for writing up this reivew on the Marvel Legends Deathlok figure.

Articulation:
Deathlok-Joints.jpg

Sculpt:

The sculpt on this Deathlok is great. Just look at the cybernetics limbs, his torso and also his face. The sculpt really captures the "Dead Guy" face

Paint:

Deathlok's torso, boots and left arm is painted with a metallic paint. The pics don't do justice to the paint apps. It looks really great. And check out the shading of his cybernetic limbs, although they are not painted with the same metallic material, it gives the look that it's shiny.

Accessories:

Deathlok comes with a gun that is attached to a hose and connected to his chest and the upper torso of galactus. The gun's sculpt and paint app is ok but he can't hold it properly. You have to attach the gun on a peg on his palm so he can hold it. (see pics below) But you can also attach the gun on his backpack although the hose thingy get in the way. Why couldn't TB make a gun not attached to a hose.

Overall:

I give Deathlok a 9.5 out of 10. Why not a perfect 10? In Bullseye case he doesn't have any accessories. In Deathlok's case it's the hose thing in his accessory. But overall Deathlok is a great fig with a great sculpt and great paint apps. I recommend you buy this fig when you see him. He's worht it.
