Free Toy Day is coming May 7

Free Comic Book Day and Toy Day - May 7 - is fast approaching, and even though the event focuses on comics, there's a great toy connection this year.

Free Comic Book Dayis a single day when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their stores, with no purchase required. At participating stores, while supplies last.

We're excited to announce that Diamond Select Toys & Collectibles has produced the first-ever Free Comic Book Day toy, and toy fans who go to a participating store on May 7 for a free comic book will also get a Free Comic Book Day minimate absolutely free!

The new DC Heroclix game comes out this Fall, but you can get a head-start with this cool Rookie Batman figure! If you want this preview figure before the new game hits stores, make sure you go to a participating comic book store on May 7 because that's the only place to get it!
