Thursdays panel is a spotlight on LOU SCHEIMER feature Lou Scheimer and Erika Scheimer. For those who don't know much about Lou Scheimer here's a quick bio...

Lou Scheimer is a beloved figure in the history of animation. He is the founder of Filmation, and is responsible for bringing to television screens a multitude of series based on comic books, toys, and orginal concepts. Filmation's earliest series was The New Adventures of Superman in 1965, followed by the animated adventures of Batman, Aquaman, and other DC heroes.

A fondly remembered Star Trek animated series debuted in 1973, while a series of Archie shows netted Filmation several gold records. Emmy-nominated Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids was another of Lou's hits, as were the live-action Shazam!, Isis, and Space Academy shows. In 1983, Lou revolutionized the syndicated television market with the toy-based He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
