Wizard Entertainment is pleased to announce that the Christopher Reeve Foundation Superman Tags will be available at the Wizard World Merchandise Booth when the Wizard World Tour returns to Chicago August 4th – 7th at the Donald E. Stevens Convention Center.

For only $10 you can get your own set of two Superman Tags with one chain and a clip. These tags are perfect to wear around your neck and can even be clipped onto sports equipment, purses, or book bags. All proceeds go to benefit the Christopher Reeve Foundation.

Christopher Reeves touched our lives with his portrayal of Superman on the big Screen. Reeves was paralyzed in 1995 due to an accident that damaged his spinal cord.

In 1999 he became the chairman and spokesperson for the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation (CRPF). The CRPF is a foundation that donates money toward the search for a cure to paralysis due to spinal cord injuries and tries to make life easier for people that have been paralyzed due to this injury.

Since 1982 the CRPF has awarded over $53 million in research grants to further the search for a cure. They have also given over $6.5 million to non-profit organizations to help with the care for people who have been paralyzed by spinal cord injuries.

For more information be sure to take a look at the Christopher Reeves Foundation website ( www.christopherreeve.org).

Be sure to take a moment away from the fun at Wizard World Chicago to support this worthy cause.
