Fans have been waiting for years to see the Four Horsemen get a hold of the rest of the DC comics universe after seeing their work on the past Mattel comic style Batman line. Well the wait is over, Mattel released the first wave of the new DC Superheroes line in late December / early January that consisted of a Killer Croc with a new head sculpt along with Batman, Bane and The Scarecrow that were previously only released overseas .
The next 4 waves will include new sculpts of your favorite Batman and Superman figures along with a few re-paints that were released in the first Mattel Batman comic line.
Wave 1 - Batman, Bane, Killer Croc, Scarecrow - In stores now.
Wave 2 - Superman, Supergirl, Doomsday, Bizarro
Wave 3 - Battle Damaged Batman, Robin, Mr. Freeze 1.5, Azrael
Wave 4 - Batman 2, Two-Face, Laughing Gas Joker, Batgirl (Barbra Gordon/ Cassandra Kane)
Wave 5 - Superman, Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Darkseid
