Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Traveller’s Tales Games (the company behind the hit LEGO Star Wars games) have announced today that they will finally be bringing LEGO Batman to the video game world in 2008 to next-generation and current generation platforms as well as the PC.
Fans have been asking for this game since LEGO scored the Batman license last year, the story unfolds with Batman’s greatest foes escaping from Arkham Asylum and creating mayhem throughout Gotham City. Tracking criminals, including The Joker and The Penguin, players will utilize Batman’s gadgets as well as build and operate fantastic vehicles in one or two player cooperative gameplay.
