Reuters reports that Spider-Man 3 online ticket sales are brisk, already surpassing its blockbuster predecessor.
Movietickets.com stated that Spider-Man 3 tickets are selling three times faster than Spider-Man 2 at the same time in the sales cycle, while Fandango.com shows the new film is selling four times faster.
Spider-Man 3 opens in theaters nationwide May 4th, with select midnight showings, many already sold out, May 3rd.
