Heath Ledger as The Joker

We are over a year away until the release of "The Dark Knight" (July 18) and much like they did with Batman Begins, Warner Brothers has begun to release teaser images to build interest.

Over the past few weeks thedarkknight.com featured a look at the movie logo, I Believe In Harvey Dent.com showed us Harvey Dent and over the weekend I Believe In Harvey Dent too.com featured an a shot of the Harvey Dent campaign poster with a Joker style makeover (seen above).

Fans were given an option to enter their e-mail address that gave them the opportunity to remove one of the picture pixels from the poster, after about 12 hours and thousands of e-mails later the poster reveled the first official image of Heath Ledger as The Joker.
