Marvel Toys writes in to inform fans that "select Wal-Mart stores in the Denver area are receiving an early shipment of Legendary Comic Book Heroes. The shipment includes both Series 1 & Series 2 and should hit shelves in the next couple of weeks.
Legendary Comic Book Heroes will be more widely available in other regions & retailers closer to fall."
