SDCC07 - DC Comics to announce "Heroes"

ICv2.com has reported that DC Comics will announce at San Diego Comic-Con that it has acquired the rights to release a hardcover collection of the comic stories based on the hit TV series Heroes. The collection will be released this fall, with two new covers by Alex Ross and Jim Lee. DC did not rule out rush-soliciting the book to get it onto shelves before November, the first month it could be solicited through Diamond Previews.

The comic stories have previously been published on the Heroes Website in 43 six to 13 page installments, with up to four installments making up a story.
