Comic Book history was made last week, when a near-mint copy of Amazing Fantasy #15 sold for $227,000 at online auction site, Comiclink. This is the highest price paid for a Sivler Age comic at public auction, breaking the record previously set in June of this year by a different copy of the same issue. Given the success of the Spider-man movies, it's no surprise that his books have been hot on the auction circuit.
