DC Domics is proud to announce that veteran comic profeccsional Jerry Robinson is now an official creative consultant to the publisher. DC Comic President Paul Levitz referred to the hiring of Robinson as an "honor" for DC, the largest publisher of English-Language comics in the world. Jerry will have a great deal of advice and counsel for the company given his long relationship with the medium. Since the age of 17, he's been in the industry of comics and got his start under Batman-creator and legend all-his-own, Bob Kane. Starting as a letterer and background inker, Jerry climbed the ladder to become penciler and primary inker for the early Batman comic strips and working well into the Golden Age of DC. In 1961, he pursued his own creative ventures, including the syndiacted column, "Flubs & Fluffs", which ran for 34 years. Robinson has said he looks forward to getting back to some of the characters on whom he worked early in his career, and fans can expect his input to bring great things from DC in the coming years!
