Comic downloading site Z-Cult FM, an affiliate of BitTorrent, has announced policy changes as a result of pending legal action between the site and publishing giants Marvel and DC. The site's administrator, Serj, has confirmed that Marvel will follow the site's current removal policy; and in turn, Z-cult will remove all trackers for Marvel's publications. He stated assuredly, "Seven days from now there will be no Marvel comics on our Website."

In regard to DC, Serj announced that Z-Cult will wait 30 days after a given title's availability in stores before posting them to the site. Unlike the Marvel decision, this was an in-house agreement between Z-Cult staff members and not reached with DC. These policy changes are the result of Z-Cult's receiving legal notice from both Marvel and DC regarding their respective downloadable comics.
