DC Direct proudly announces two new Batman: Black & White Statues, coming this year. The first (pictured above), sculpted by Derek Miller, is based on the Dark Knight’s appearance in “Deadshot”--segment six of the upcoming Batman: Gotham Knights DVD coming this summer. Painted in Monochromatic tones and limited to only 3,500 pieces, this statue will be released on July 9, 2008, just one day after the DVD hits shelves.

In November, fans will see the release of another Batman Black & White Statue (pictured below), designed by Jim Aparo and sculpted by Mike Locasio . This latest statue is based directly on the cover art for Detective Comics #443 and, like the other B&W statues, is presented in monochromatic tones. Both statues will retail at $75.
