As previously mentioned and following our exclusive first look last week, Hot Toys has officially released detailed information regarding the latest additions to their Movie Masterpiece series of 1:6 scale collectible figures based on the forthcoming film The Dark Knight.

The company will be releasing at least two figures based on the film, including...

* The Dark Knight: Batman(Original Costume) (above) will stand approx. 12.5" tall, feature over 32 points of articulation, a newly developed Batman head and the original Bat-suit from the film, and a variety of accessories and weapons including an alternate head with authentic likeness of Christian Blade as Bruce Wayne, a detailed Utility Belt with cell phone, an activated Mini Mine, a Grapnel Gun, two small removable Batrangs on belt clip, a Pneumatic Mangler, a newly developed Bat-suit with cape, three sets of interchangeable gloved hands, and a figure display base featuring The Dark Knight logo and Batman nameplate.

* The Dark Knight: The Joker (above) will stand approximately 12" tall, features a highly articulated Hot Toys figure body with over 32 points of articulation, highly realistic head sculpture and painting featuring the character's cold stare, evil intent and his remarkable paints and scars. Figure features authentic likeness of the JOKER, a purple overcoat, a grey inside coat, a tie, a vest, shirt, pants with belt, colorful socks, leather-like shoes, JOKER cards set, an extendable Knife, "Jokerized" currency, two sets of interchangeable gloved hands, and a figure display base featuring The Dark Knight logo and The Joker nameplate.

Both figures will be available exclusively in Japan and Hong Kong (import only in the USA) with a suggested retail price of approx. $150 USD.
