Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios, talked with media outlets today and revealed some very cool information on some upcoming projects, the most exciting was telling the media that the finalized title for the Captain America movie would be The First Avenger: Captain America and that the film would take place during World War II.
So we know that they will be faithful to the source material. That's a big plus. He also made mention that it WAS Cap's shield that you see in Iron Man, and that it was really just an easter egg and will more than likely not having anything to do with Cap's story. That actually makes me a little sad. But happy that I'm not losing my mind!
