Monogram provides a look at two new exclusives to be offered at San Diego Comic-Con July 23-27. These include two Marvel heavy hitters - Spider-man and The Incredible Hulk - as all-new 4 inch tall Minature Alliance metal figurines featuring a bronze finish.
The first in a new collectible line produced by Monogram Masterworks, the metal figurines are manufactured by using a method called Lost Wax Casting. The casting method can capture minute details and can flex to release undercut areas of a model. When the figure is formed the mold can only be used once and must be broken to release the figure. Because of this process, the quantity of the production is limited to only 200 pieces for each exclusive, adding to the value of each piece.
Spider-man and the Hulk each include a certificate of authenticity and come packaged in an illustrated fifth panel window box for great display. These limied edition collectibles will be offered to SDCC attendees at booth #4445. Spider-man will retail for $35, while the more massive Hulk will cost $40.
