A new picture of Heath Ledger as The Joker in July's The Dark Knight has floated up to the surface of the internet ocean and let me tell you, THIS is what makes me excited about the second Batman feature from Director Christopher Nolan. I remember early last year when the internet was screaming that Heath Ledger was an awful choice for the role.

And now, with the trailers that have been released and photos like the one below have all those naysayers eating their words!

The Dark Knight opens in theaters on July 18th.
