Available soon from Aspen Comics is the Fathom: Aspen Mathews Black Armor Mini Busts. With the recent, untimely death of one of the nicest, most talented artists in the industry, we thought we'd remind everyone of Michael Turner's legacy as an artist. This piece was the first bust released in Aspen's line of mini busts. Designed by Mr. Turner, sculpted by Erick Sosa and paint mastered by Dan Cope, this beauty stands at over 5" tall and featuring a 5 1/2" wingspan. The fully painted bust features Aspen Matthews in her black armor; thebust is perched on a clear resin bust with added bubble effects; and with a run of only 500 pieces, the very few of these that we have left won't last long...
Speaking of sexy female busts, available now from Dark Horse is Robert E. Howard's Valeria. This beauty of a sculpt was released some time ago, but when we learned we could pick up a few of these, how could we resist? Valeria was the swashbuckling swordswoman and buccaneer featured in Robert E. Howard's fantastic 'Red Nails.' Her character even made an appearance in the early 80's classic flick, 'Conan the Barbarian,' featuring the current governor of California. Valeria was sculpted by Jeffery Scott and is a must-have for fans of Robert E.Howard. She stands 7" high and is ready for display.

This release from Bandai's "Excellent Model Series" depicts Shizuka, the ninja warrior with her knives at the ready, from Queen's Blade, the popular Japanese role-playing/combat game.Besides the cool weaponry on display, this 1/8th scale PVC figure also features a barely-there mini-kimono and stands approximately 8" tall with the included display base. This particular sculpt features the Big Blue Boy Scout as he's locked in mortal combat with Darkseid, Lord of Apokolips. Besides the flawless sculpting and beautiful paint apps, this sculpt also features a cool base depicting a raging fire pit. This cold-cost porcelain beauty measures about 12.5" tall x 9" wide x 10" deep. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and is packaged in a four-color box.
