Co-executive producers Jesse Alexander and Jeph Loeb have been fired from the popular television show Heroes. The two producers, who have been with the show since its first season, were a major force behind the daily production of the show under creator Tim Kring.

While details are sketchy regarding why the two were let go, apparent factors include a struggling third season, disagreements over creative directions and a increasingly growing budget.
